‘In Warranty’ Products
Please note that if your appliance is still under warranty you must contact your regional Service Help Desk by calling the Service Hotline in your User Instruction Manual. If you go ahead and replace parts you will invalidate your warranty and you will be charged for subsequent service call outs. If you do not have access to your User Instruction Manual, please use the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will assist.
‘Out of Warranty’ Products
We highly recommend not replacing electrical or gas specific spare parts unless you are experienced or qualified to do so. If you are in any doubt, we strongly recommend you contact your regional Service Help Desk to discuss using an affiliated engineer or service partner who have experience with Viceroy products.
